 Important - I only post 2 days a week, Mondays and Thursdays at Midday - here's why

 

 UK Standard Shipping Parcels go via First Class Post, 99% arrive within the next day or two but please be aware this is not a guaranteed service. You can also specify where you want your parcel left in the comments box when placing your order, as you don't need to be in to sign for this service ( eg. in the porch, with neighbours, under the hedge etc..)

UK only - Guaranteed Special Delivery £8.95

If you want to be absolutely sure your order will be with you then this option will tell you the date it will be delivered, it is VITALLY important that you give me an address where someone will be available to sign, as Special Delivery parcels MUST be signed for and Royal Mail will simply not leave it for you under any circumstances

14 day Untracked Shipping to USA, Canada and Australia only £7.95

As so much of my business is International, I am able to offer really good shipping prices on Worldwide orders too - this service is an untracked service with deliveries taking anything from 7-14 days to arrive, the average is 10 days but this can't be tracked or guaranteed once it's left the UK - always remember if you are unlucky and the order doesn't arrive in time, my returns policy extends internationally too - You have 28 days to return an International order from the date it arrives with you

 

1-4 Day Courier Option to USA, Canada, Australia and Hong Kong £39.99

If Speed is the most important factor then I can Courier an order to the above countries automatically, if your Country isn't one of those above email me asap and I can let you know if the option can work for you too - the above are simply the Countries I most frequently Courier Orders too..


Orders that have not yet arrived 

 

I send parcels all over the world and years of experience gives these common solutions to trace your parcel:

 

 

  Check your confirmation email from us to ensure that the shipping address details you gave us were complete and sufficient (particularly relevant if going to a Work address)

 

Check no-one else at your shipping address or neighbours could have taken the parcel in for you ( this happens time and time again, with neighbours waiting for the customer to call for it, and Royal Mail not leaving a card so the customer has no idea it is waiting there..!)

 

 

 You can contact Royal Mail on 08457 740740 but my top tip is to ask them via Twitter , they are @RoyalMail and it's by far the best way to get an actual response from them without being on hold forever!

 

 

 

 

Want to return or exchange something?

 

 

 

 You can send any unworn items back to me within 14 days of you receiving them.

and please please remember to put your name and address ( and Order number if possible) somewhere inside the parcel so I know who to give the refund to!

 

Once the return is back here I will check it over, and as long as it is in unworn, unused, unmarked condition  will action your refund less shipping straight away. This will go directly back onto the card you made the order with initially.  

 

 

Like to exchange something?

 

 

 

 The procedure is exactly the same, please return the unwanted items, then you simply re-order whatever you wanted in exchange.   

Any damage to goods during shipping must be reported  within 72 hours and a replacement will be issued wherever possible.
